Ok, so needless to say I am quite happy and surprised that I am still on track. I dont know what is different this time, maybe because it is just about me and I dont care what others say negative or what. Woohoo!! So I still have to post pics-i know. I have been busy running errands and taking walks. So I think that is partially what is keeping me on track. I am trying to challenge myself, I want to be able to walk for 3 miles at one time by the end of april. Right now I am walking 3 miles a day for the last few days, but it isnt all in one walk. I have two different walks during the day and together they are 3 miles-so 1.5 miles each. Also my eating has been fairly good. I eat on average 32 WW points-wich is more than my daily target by two. But I noticed if I just ate the 30 points I would still be under calorie range that sparkpeople.com wants me to eat. Yesterday was one of my Oh My God moments. We went to Cousins subs, needles to say from now on I will be getting the mini subs. I got a Club sub, wich was 16 points. Yeah... Also am on the look out for a good cheesecake like recipies-i am an addict!! I tryed something last night, Kev helped figure out the points, but I thought it was to small and to many cals. I made a little cheesecake shooter, RF Nilla wafer ground up on the bottom, 2 T of philly cheese cake filling in a little shot glass. It was yummy, But the cals were crazy on it. like 100 cals. to much for a daily treat. Not satisfieing enough either because it was so small. Ah well. So I was so happy today when I stepped on the scale, I weigh about four pounds less, but I am not gonna take that number yet, I wanna see where I am one week from when I started-so this sunday I will weight myself for good and record it. So other goals, still on the backburner, havent dont any more stitches on the knitting item. I have read a few more pages in my fourth book. Well ok, so technically I am working on the be under 200lbs goal and the be able to walk a half marathon goal. So I should be happy for that. Leaving to go on my morning walk!.

Yay! Way to go. I think South Beach Diet had a pretty good Cheesecake-type recipe and not too high. I'm sure you could google it. Good job!
