So yesterday went well diet wise. I tracked my calories eaten on sparkpeople.com and journeled ww points in a journel. I also took a walk around my neighborhood with Kevin last night. I walked a total of 3/4 of a mile. I could have gone a little farther, but Kevin was cold so we stopped. I decided instead of writing all the info of what I wrote in my jounel I will take a picture of each page at the end of the day and post it on a new page in the blog. I am going to do this as a sort of accountability. I will have my journel page out there for who ever to see. Hopefully this keeps me on track.

On other news, I got my subaru back from the dealer yesterday, we purchased a special coating for the interior/exterior. Still not sure that the purchase of the coating was a good idea. I guess we decided to get it because I was really nervous of fees we would have to pay at the end of our lease for dents dings, ect. The interior coating is supposed to make nothing stick to the interior, like if you spill your coffee or soda or something, it is supposed to come right out, if it doesnt the company will come out and get the stain out at no cost to me. The exterior coating is supposed to protect against dents dings, ect. So in this case as well if you get a ding they will pop it out at their expence. So we will see if it is really worth it or not at the end of the lease. The car reeks because of the coating though. I had to leave all my windows open overnight to air it out. I got a headache just from the fumes. They are supposed to be non toxic, but i think it was quite toxic to my head!!!
I started a new book, no i did not finish the original book four, but I just got my new Rosie Odonnell book and had to start it last night. I gotta say she is one of my favorite actor/actress/famous person. I really liked her first book and I am liking her second book. I am 44 pages in already!
So last night I made a light version of meat loaf-I really like my dads homemade meatloaf but it is so high in cals and fat because it is made with ground beef. So I found a low fat ground turkey meat loaf. It had ketchup, eggs, onion soup mix and tomato paste on top. I didnt totally like it. I am not sure if it was the soup or what it was that made it kinda icky, but i dont think I will make the recipie again. We have leftovers, so of course we will eat that-try to not waste food. But i need to find some lower fat recipies that I like, and that Kevin will eat. He is not a meat eater and I am. So any non fish recipies you got? Send em my way!!
Today I am thankfull for my husband-he really is the best guy I know. Always there for me, even when I act like an ass. Yesterday I was thankfull for my loaner car. Even though it was the same type of car, it was a higher end car version. So I was able to live in the lap of car luxary for a few hours!! Todays bible verse is:
