Weight blog

So ok, I know I posted a blog earlier, but I am posting another one.  Tonight I want to talk about weight and weight loss. I have yet again restarted sparkpeople.com, I am not sure what is wrong with my lack of motivation and lack of desire towards weight loss.  I know what i do and dont do right, well i think I know at least!  Today I also decided to do an at home version of weight watchers. No I did not sign up for ww online, I have the books and I will just rely on them for point values, ect.  I need to get moving to, I know that is a big part to loosing weight. My plan is to start again tommorow-we will see if I am motivated.hhmm. Tommorow I gotta take my car in for a protectant coating application. They are gonna give me a loaner for the day so i should be fine mobility wise. I really want to go to the gym, but my brain will work overtime on why i shouldnt go, it is frustrating.    Also with weight loss, I have a hard time staying on track, but I am hoping with blogging, I might be able to stay on track better.  I am going to create a page that I may/may not update with what I have eaten in the day.  Ok so hopefully wont fall to far off the wagon.
